From the 7th to 12th of July 2019, YTIM in collaboration with the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation organized the ninth edition of the International Youth Summer School. This year’s edition saw the event hosted in the Sichuan Province’s capital city of Chengdu. A collaboration of around 100 participants, experts and guests from various countries from around the world gathered to exchange ideas and solutions to some of the world’s predominant challenges. The Belt and Road Initiative is a hot topic in the world of nowadays business. However most discussions have been focusing on corporations and international relationship related areas, very few try to explore the role of youth. For that reason, a variety of keynotes, masterclasses, case studies and workshops focused on the event theme “Bridge Capital and Technology: Corporations along Silk Road, Innovation in Entrepreneurship”.
