Sara Renteria Herrera
from Mexico
My passion for Youth and Development topics started in 2009 when I had the opportunity to participate in a Regional Youth Conference from the United Nations in Mexico and Latin America at the age of 16. This was a decisive event in my life that opened my eyes to what I wanted to do next.
With this in mind, I decided to follow my studies in Educational and Social Psychology and had the opportunity to win excellent scholarships to do part of my studies in the United States and France. At the end of my studies, I was a volunteer at a governmental institution for adolescents in vulnerable situations. Here I had the opportunity to work at the psychology and educational department. In 2017 I started working for a company focused on helping young people find an internship or a first job. This company that started as a small startup soon became one of the biggest Youth platforms for job searching in Latin America and Europe. Here I got to develop my managerial and business skills in talent acquisition, client relationship management, and project management and at the same time, I shared my passion for helping youth
development in my region and other countries, advocating for the importance of giving work opportunities to youth. I also gave talks related to job search, first interviews, and most demanded skills in the future of work at the most important universities of my country. Also in 2017, I had the opportunity to participate in an International Conference related to Youth, Work and Migration in Cancun, Mexico.
In 2018 I was a participant in the Youth Global Forum in Paris, France. And that was one of the most enriching experiences I’ve had, where I got to meet so many social entrepreneurs from different countries with amazing innovative ideas.
Last year, I started my journey in another international company focused on helping people grow and connect by giving career development opportunities to people and especially young people, by helping companies grow their teams in different regions, and by having a positive impact on the communities we are located. Here I have had the opportunity to continue
developing my business skills while making a positive impact on collaborators, clients, and communities and I am inspired by the leadership of the company and its values. My 5 top strengths are Includer, Positivity, Learner, Ideation, and Maximizer. In my spare team, I enjoy traveling so much, learning about new cultures and languages (fluent in Spanish, English, and French and currently learning Portuguese), doing sports, reading, and connecting with people.

Asmik Arakelian
from Armenia
Born in Armenia, raised in Russia, and now living in Sweden, I can for sure say I have a wide cultural background. As well as professional – in Russia, I studied Journalism at Moscow State University and worked at Innovative Journalism Center, where I was able to explore my interest in innovations. This is how I got acquainted with the Global Youth Forum, which I participated in as a press. That, alongside a few other experiences, shaped my desire to study and work in the tech industry in an international environment. Soon I moved to Stockholm to Study Management, and now I work in Fintech as a product analyst. Beyond excited to become an ambassador and meet the upcoming participants of our events!
Katerina Kuznetsova
from Russia
Katerina Kuznetsova is a journalist who works for the Olympics and is based in Madrid, Spain. Originally from Rostov-on-Don, Russia, she graduated with a broadcast journalism degree from Leeds University in the UK, and followed her passion for human rights by attaining MA European Studies degree. Ekaterina worked with BBC, European Youth Press and NBC – she worked for Sochi 2014 Olympic Games and moved to Madrid in 2016 to join the Olympic Channel team. Professional passions of Ekaterina include presenting and interviewing, telling stories and sharing them with the world. If you have a good story in mind – don’t hesitate to contact her. She runs her vlog, loves reading and poetry. Ekaterina travels a lot and dreams of getting a dog (obsession with traveling makes it hard to fulfill the dog dream). Ekaterina eats her dessert before the main meal and considers it to be a metaphor of life – life’s too short, so don’t forget to eat your dessert and if it comes first – great. 😉
