YT Naveen Naveen is a youth mentor, a full-time mechanical engineer, and a young social leader. He has worked with many multinational companies in India and the UAE. He has published a technical paper on sustainable mass transit design, and has designed an original new mass transit system.  Apart from his full-time job, he volunteers for many international NGOs, working in the fields of education, energy, and sustainable development. He is a founder and director of the „Vijaydeep Foundation: NGO in Varanasi, working to provide quality education, sustainable energy, and preventive healthcare. He has participated as a speaker, presenter, and delegate at many international and national conferences including the United Nations, the Commonwealth, etc.

 

Alina Pishchalnikova (The Netherlands)

Born in Siberia, Alina was ready for challenges since her first breath of cold winter air on February 19th. In 2005, She became the finalist of Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX). This program was funded by the U.S. Department of State to cultivate relationships between America and citizens of the former Soviet Union.

After the year in the US ended, her goals unconsciously changed for the better. By studying international relations in Tomsk State University, Russia, She gained the complex vision of the modern world system, its laws and mechanisms.

As for her latest career places, She worked as Recruitment Specialist in PricewaterhouseCoopers and Assistant to the Regional HR Director in Robert Bosch Company in Moscow, Russia. That experience helped her to understand Russian Market and company’s needs. During her university years she has been actively involved in AIESEC, SIFE and other non-profit organizations where she helped with implementations of social projects.

In June 2014 she moved to beautiful country Netherlands. Learned Dutch and passed Staatsexamens Nt2.2 (B2 level). Since October 2015 She is working at Applied Medical in Amersfoort as Branding Coordinator Europe. Every day she supports sales teams with products and organization of small and regional congresses.
Currently she is responsible for Germany, UK, Austria, Switzerland and Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark). Another side of her job is to manage marketing and promo budget, internal newsletter and translations.

Besides, part of her responsibility is organization of environmental events such as Volunteer days where team members can contribute back to nature. In her belief being Youth Time ambassador will help her to develop open and critical mindset. She is so excited and interested in this new opportunity!

Aleksandar is currently working as a Content Strategy Coordinator in Catena Media, online lead generation company within the iGaming industry with its office located in Belgrade, Serbia. By studying International Relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Belgrade, Aleksandar acquired substantial knowledge in this field and also had the opportunity to meet and to get to know different people.

Over the period of more than five years, Aleksandar has gained experience in project management, event organizing, youth activism and youth leadership. He was one of the founders of Youth Office in Municipality Raska, the town where he grew up. Being involved in several NGOs, he was trying to empower and motivate students to step up and take a proactive approach. Furthermore, he is founder and Editor in Chief of website portalmladi.com dedicated to young people, with more than 1 million readers per year, in Serbia. Likewise, he has positively influenced and mentored multiple young adults who showed the great potential and these individuals are currently working in different media and marketing companies.

Passionate about traveling and interested in Social Media platforms, he is an entrepreneur at heart who is always willing to share the latest discoveries with those around him.

 

 

Deepika Chaurasia (India)

Deepika is a Corporate Communications professional working in a leading global steel company with the Tata Group, India’s most valuable brand. In her tenure, she has worked across diverse portfolios of Internal Communications, Brand Management, Content Management and Digital Communications and has considerable experience in organising small & large-scale corporate events. She has led internal & external corporate campaigns on the themes of Environment, Sustainability, Safety, CSR & Education apart from introducing new channels of internal communication for shop-floor employees.

Having studied Journalism from University of Delhi and Advertising & Public Relations from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, she has worked in mainline media and publishing houses.

She was selected for ‘Study of the US Institutes for Student Leaders (SUSI)’, a fully-funded exchange programme at University of Virginia, US; focussed on the theme of ‘Global Perspective on Democracy and New Media’, in 2010. She was also selected amongst ten Indian alumni to attend the International Young Alumni Conference at Islamabad in 2013 to engage in dialogue on common issues of South-Asian region.

She co-founded the Toastmaster International Community Club in her region apart from setting up Corporate Toastmasters Clubs at her current organisation. For her love for wildlife, she is a volunteer at WWF and is working on a project to revive the local Zoo.

She takes keen interest in environmental issues and is involved in leading company-wide initiative of making the organisation go single-use plastic free in all its locations and operations.

She enjoys playing badminton, and painting in her leisure time.

 

 

Gloria Owusu-Boama (Ghana)

Gloria is a multi-talented woman, well versed in the area of media and communications. She is a final year student of the Ghana Institute of Journalism, majoring in Communication Studies (Media and Public Relations).

Gloria has worked with various media houses as communication specialist, a producer, and radio host.

She is a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Alumni and currently the Programs Director at The Pitch Hub. Pitch Hub is a social enterprise funded and supported by Youth Time Movement. It is aimed at equipping young entrepreneurs in Ghana with the soft skills that are needed to build and sustain competitive business.

Gloria is entrepreneurial and passionate about building ideas. She is an avid reader and she loves to travel.

Hussaini graduated from the National Institute of Business Management in Chennai, India with an MBA in Production Management. Currently he works as a Head of Editorial Production at Media Trust Nigeria Limited - publisher of the Daily Trust, the Weekly Trust, the Sunday Trust, and the Kilimanjaro and Aminiya Newspapers.

Hussaini has been named International Youth Advocate of the Year by the West African Students‘ Union in East Africa. He was also appointed Local Coordinator for African Students for Liberty in 2017 and has recently been appointed Kano State Ambassador for the Youth Development Centre at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria to campaign for Irregular Migration, #The Abroad Campaign.

Eric Osagie Iyayi Eric has been a practicing medical doctor for 10 years now, working ath one of the leading health facilities in Africa. In addition to being a successful medical doctor, he has been passionately engaged with his responsibilities as a public speaker, persuasive writer, disruptive thinker, talent manager, and life coach. As an increasingly prominent, charismatic speaker, he has appeared in high schools, universities, youth forums, churches, corporate organisations, and training establishments to address highly inspirational and important topics including ‘Talentpreneurship’, ‘Thinkingcraft’ and ‘Blue Ocean Ethical Leadership’. He has positively influenced and mentored multiple young adults  who are showing great promise for pacesetting exploits. Eric has won laurels in his academic field, the medical profession, and has been a gifted contributor to various causes. He is a member of several prestigious organisations including the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children, Kentucky, USA; and has attended several national and international conferences/summits. Zhe Liu Liu Zhe, graduated from the University of the West of Scotland in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in human resources management. Also, he is chairman of Beijing HongShengJiaDe technology co., LTD. and founder and CEO of the PaoPao buddy brand. During his student years, he was the president of the Chinese students and scholars association at the University of the West of Scotland and was given special recognition by the education department of the British Embassy in the People's Republic of China. After returning to China, he founded the Chinese innovation brand called "PaoPao buddy". This is a modern technology enterprise which integrates production, sales, and service, advocating a green and efficient life philosophy. Niwa Dwitama (Indonesia)

Niwa Niwa was an NGO activist who now works as a diplomat for the Indonesian government—Aspiring to make little difference from within the system. What consistently remains is his interest in youth leadership and diplomacy, project management, policy advocacy and facilitating international trainings. He graduated as a valedictorian from University of Indonesia, minoring in International Relations and subsequently the best graduate of Diplomatic Academy batch 39 in Indonesian Diplomatic Corps. As a co-founder of an Indonesian youth NGO (since 2009), Niwa has successfully won project grants and led several community projects funded by, among others: Microsoft, Person Foundation, UN Habitat, Indonesian governments and Council of Europe. Supporting the successful convening of Youth Time Global Forum 2016 in Jakarta, the first time in Southeast Asia, Niwa looks forward to forge his contribution with Youth Time community at the regional and global level.

Vilimonovic Marija is currently writing a Magister’s thesis in English literature at University of Pisa, Italy. She graduated from the Department of Comparative Literature and Literary Theory at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, Serbia. Marija speaks five languages, has been a volunteer for several organizations, participated in various international conferences and she works in the field of journalism, translation and education. Fritzler 2nd year ambassador. After a nearly fatal accident Jonathan Fritzler experienced a profound Awakening. During his recovery, he began receiving visions of his future path. It was his call to a higher purpose. It was a call to serve the world. Now Jonathan is on a mission to impact the world through innovative approaches toward education, business, sustainability, and strategy. He is the author of the book “Hack Your Education”. While studying business at the University of Hawaii he used his school research build a million dollar recording studio in Honolulu. Now his organization EducationEnergy.net has helped mentor thousands of students Hack their Education and use their projects as tools for their future. Fritzler has given a TED Talk called “The Education Energy Movement”.

The Experts Guild offers a team of specialists who are appointed by the President of Youth Time, for the purpose of answering specific questions of young people concerning their talent development and self-realization. This group of professionals that vary in age, country of origin and professional background, are to be considered masters in their field of expertise. The experts have proven themselves in previous Youth Time events to be experienced in training young people. Not only do they give interviews at the YT website, but they will also offer live stream webinars, as well as they will answer questions of YT members that are seeking their support.

Julia Kinash In 2010, Youth Time Move­ment was estab­lished and Youth Time Mag­a­zine went to print. Julia grad­u­ated from Moscow State Human­i­tar­ian Uni­ver­sity major­ing in Man­age­ment. She is cur­rently doing a PhD in Con­flict Man­age­ment. The theme of her PhD work is “Role of Media in Polit­i­cal Con­flicts”. Since that time Julia has been respon­si­ble for the gen­eral man­age­ment of them both.

rens saat Leigh is originally from the United Kingdom but has spent the vast majority of his post-education years living and working abroad. After completing school, he left his home country for Greece, and later moved to Prague, Czech Republic where he gained employment with Mckinsey & Company. In 2013, Leigh turned his attention to working with non-profits whilst also gaining qualifications in environmental conservation in South Africa. He later went on to lead the communications and development of a humanitarian organisation based in rural Rwanda, and served as a guardian to at-risk teenagers during the few years he spent there. His passions include wildlife conservation, youth development, and photography.

Themistoklis Papadimopoulos Themis stud­ied in Uni­ver­sity of Aegean and Uni­ver­sity of Piraeus in Greece, attended sem­i­nars from George­town Uni­ver­sity and Baruch Col­lege in the US, and after his MBA he started lessons about Art in Uni­ver­sity of Athens. His inter­ests are phi­los­o­phy, dance, travel and pol­i­tics. He works since 2007 in tourism indus­try as a mar­ket­ing and busi­ness con­sul­tant and he also is a proud fol­lower of Youth Time Move­ment since the moment of its founding.

tigran shadunts Through his life Tigran received sev­eral uni­ver­sity degrees on diplo­macy and inter­na­tional rela­tions, has been a vol­un­teer for sev­eral orga­ni­za­tions and par­tic­i­pated in var­i­ous inter­na­tional projects. He is a founder of “Serund Pan-​Armenian Youth Cen­ter”. He orga­nizes projects related to edu­ca­tion, sci­ence, human rights, gen­der issues, cul­tural and inter­cul­tural issues, envi­ron­ment, youth activ­ity and etc. In 2014 he ini­ti­ated “OSCE 4 You(th) — You(th) 4 OSCE”-the aim of the ini­tia­tive was to give an oppor­tu­nity to youth orga­ni­za­tions to learn about OSCE activ­i­ties and main objec­tives. In 2014 he became the rep­re­sen­ta­tive of UN (New York head­quar­ters) Global Part­ner­ship for Youth Net­work in Arme­nia and estab­lished Armen­ian network.

 

Božidar Rados (Croatia)

bozidar rados Boži­dar is Mar­ket­ing Assis­tant in Ernst & Young, based in Zagreb, Croa­tia. He holds a Master’s degree in Pub­lic rela­tions. Dur­ing his stud­ies, he worked as a teach­ing assis­tant at uni­ver­sity on the sub­jects of Pub­lic Rela­tions and Polit­i­cal Com­mu­ni­ca­tion. Boži­dar is a fre­quent speaker and facil­i­ta­tor at numer­ous inter­na­tional con­fer­ences and for two years he was a Croa­t­ian rep­re­sen­ta­tive in the Youth Coun­cil of the United Nations.

 

Hassan Rassmy (USA)

hassan rassmy Has­san is cur­rently an under­grad­u­ate stu­dent from South­ern Cal­i­for­nia pur­su­ing a degree in polit­i­cal sci­ence and inter­na­tional stud­ies with a minor in con­flict res­o­lu­tion at the Uni­ver­sity of Cal­i­for­nia, Irvine. He was an Amer­i­can fel­low dur­ing the 2011 Ben­jamin Franklin Transat­lantic Fel­lows Insti­tute, and was involved in Model United Nations and Mock Trial — expe­ri­ences which opened his eyes to the world. Ever since, and over the course of his stud­ies, he par­tic­i­pated with the Reach­ing Zero Con­fer­ence at Yale Uni­ver­sity, was a men­tor with the Global-​In Fel­low­ship in Berlin, and par­tic­i­pated with many other projects both in the US and abroad. Has­san has trav­eled exten­sively study­ing con­flict regions in Europe, the Cau­cuses, and the Mid­dle East. In the States, he is pas­sion­ate about access-​to-​education advo­cacy in his home state of Cal­i­for­nia, and has lob­bied in Sacra­mento mul­ti­ple times. Has­san is an adven­tur­ist, Eagle Scout, and enjoys camp­ing, hik­ing, and Thai food.
