Aleksandar Dašić (Serbia)
Aleksandar is currently working as a Content Strategy Coordinator in Catena Media, online lead generation company within the iGaming industry with its office located in Belgrade, Serbia. By studying International Relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Belgrade, Aleksandar acquired substantial knowledge in this field and also had the opportunity to meet and to get to know different people.

Over the period of more than five years, Aleksandar has gained experience in project management, event organizing, youth activism and youth leadership. He was one of the founders of Youth Office in Municipality Raska, the town where he grew up. Being involved in several NGOs, he was trying to empower and motivate students to step up and take a proactive approach. Furthermore, he is founder and Editor in Chief of website portalmladi.com dedicated to young people, with more than 1 million readers per year, in Serbia. Likewise, he has positively influenced and mentored multiple young adults who showed the great potential and these individuals are currently working in different media and marketing companies.

Passionate about traveling and interested in Social Media platforms, he is an entrepreneur at heart who is always willing to share the latest discoveries with those around him.

Nataliia Osipova (Ukraine)
Nataliia is a Political Analyst, PR and Project Management specialist. Obtained a Master’s Degree in Political Science (Hons) in Donetsk National University (Ukraine). In 2019 finished Postgraduate Studies and wrote a thesis. In 2017 got a Diploma for the Best Report in Political Science at the XXIV International Scientific Conference in the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Nataliia has more than seven-years’ general work experience in NGO, media, sociological, market surveys and consulting spheres. Constantly improves and expands the knowledge base and set of skills. She graduated from short-term training programs in Russia, Germany, India, China, the UAE. Specialized in political technologies, conflict resolution, interests’ advocacy, strategical planning and promotion in media. Argues for the adaptation approach of new insights for a certain society and believes in the special potential of youth in generating breakthrough ideas. In leisure time she prefers swimming, dancing, yoga and travelling.

Warren Handley (South Africa)
Warren is passionate about social change and believes business is the tool to unlock potential through empowering and educating people. After graduating with a Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town, he pursued a path of advocacy for social change. Warren is the co-author of the book ‘Walk With Us’, an account of his journey of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and walking 6000km through six countries, living on the food poverty line of $2/day to raise funds for Early Childhood Development. Since then he has been involved in growing a social enterprise and now works as a Product Manager at a UK and SA based Tech Company.

 

Shruti Pant (India)
At the young age of 12, Shruti got an opportunity to bring about a change in her environment when she was appointed the Cub Wildlife Warden by the Govt in her hometown under a campaign to involve School children in wildlife conservation efforts. Since then, Shruti has keenly participated in various social activities and worked with different NGOs. One of her NGO assignment was with ‘Aarohan’ in Delhi, where she closely worked with women from the underprivileged sections of the society and helped them form Self Help Groups and get enrolled in various vocational courses.

Shruti graduated with an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi and is currently working as Manager- International Business with Tata Steel, one of the largest steel manufacturers in the world. Her work entails developing foreign markets and establishing the brand in these markets through effective marketing communication. Interacting with stakeholders from different cultures and countries who speak different languages and have different ideas and perspectives is what fascinates her.

In her idle time, Shruti loves to read and write. She has served as the Vice-Chairperson for her College Editorial board and has edited the annual college magazine. Shruti loves to take solo vacations and often muses about her travels and about life in general in her personal blog!

Walaa Alfaqeeh (Saudi Arabia)
Walaa is ‘’ jack of all trades’’ a multi-dimensional person, she’s Corporate professional working in a leading player in the retail sector with the Savola Group. In her career, she has worked across various fields, Her areas of expertise includes business development, sales, public relations, event management.

Apart from Walaa’s full-time job, she’s a part time marketing consultant, freelancer stylist, entrepreneur and student.
Walaa was able to develop project management skills by participating in many conferences and projects where she plans and coordinates events and oversees activities, and to scale her practise with more theory knowledge, she enrolled in project management diploma program at AUC.

Her ultimate goal is to work for the youth, to support youth entrepreneurs and their crucial role in driving the Saudis economy and its development growth by continuing her studies and doing her master’s degree in the field of entrepreneurship and business administration at MBSC.
She’s strongly believes in empowering youth by harnessing the power of data, and social media, hence why she started an Instagram account to inspire youth, a business comprised of interviews she conducted with successful businesspeople.

Walaa’s strengths include, planing, trouble shooting and designing workflow process.

Mustafa Rezazadah (Afghanistan)
Mustafa Rezazadah has over six years of work experience in project management, strategic communications, and community development. He currently works as the Senior Program Manager at Lapis Communications and part of his responsibilities are developing strategic and creative behavior change concepts and turn these concepts into innovative projects. He managed numerous projects and built his expertise in issues like Countering Violence and Extremism (CVE), Gender Issues, and Child Education. His current clients are UNICEF, UNDP, Sesame Workshop, Independent Election Commissions and Ministry of Finance of Afghanistan.

Mustafa also builds up his leadership skills through a long-lasting engagement in civil society and youth capacity building programs. In 2015, he was elected as the President of AIESEC in Afghanistan and during his term, he has boosted the partnerships of AIESEC in Afghanistan at the national and global levels. The outcome of his international meetings led AIESEC in Afghanistan to partner with AIESEC entities in MEA, Europe, AP, and Latin America, which created 43 exchange opportunities for Afghan youth to experience cross-cultural and professional internship programs to gain practical professional experience and embrace diversity.
