Julia Kinash In 2010, Youth Time Move­ment was estab­lished and Youth Time Mag­a­zine went to print. Julia grad­u­ated from Moscow State Human­i­tar­ian Uni­ver­sity major­ing in Man­age­ment. She is cur­rently doing a PhD in Con­flict Man­age­ment. The theme of her PhD work is “Role of Media in Polit­i­cal Con­flicts”. Since that time Julia has been respon­si­ble for the gen­eral man­age­ment of them both.

ondrej kafka Ondřej was born in 1984 in Tře­bíč, Czech Repub­lic. In 2009 grad­u­ated Charles Uni­ver­sity, Prague with a Law Major. In 2011 Ondřej became a doc­tor of law (JUDr.). Since 2012 he has been work­ing as an attor­ney in Prague.

anton golikov Anton grad­u­ated from the Czech Uni­ver­sity of Life Sci­ences in Prague with a major in Eco­nom­ics and Man­age­ment. At Youth Time, Anton is chief of finan­cial office, which implies that he is respon­si­ble for any finan­cial trans­ac­tions and he is the one to con­sult when­ever finan­cial issues arise within the orga­ni­za­tion. Respon­si­ble and organized.

Journalist, YT Magazine & MSc in Political Science

yulia gottstein Sphere of sci­en­tific inter­ests lies in the field of polit­i­cal processes in post- Soviet coun­tries. For the last nine years she has worked in jour­nal­ism and super­vises dif­fer­ent media projects. In 2010, Yulia joined Youth Time and the orga­niz­ing process of cre­at­ing of Youth Time mag­a­zine. Spheres of inter­ests: Inter­cul­tural com­mu­ni­ca­tion, Soci­olin­guis­tics, and Com­par­a­tive Linguistics.

 

Rens Saat

Project Manager

rens saat Rens has grad­u­ated from the Uni­ver­sity of Ams­ter­dam and holds mas­ter titles in Cul­tural Anthro­pol­ogy and Polit­i­cal Sci­ence. As inter­na­tional project man­ager he is respon­si­ble for the sci­en­tific con­tent as well as the method­ol­ogy of the pro­grams. As such he oper­ates as main con­tact with speak­ers, experts, train­ers and sci­en­tists that are involved with the events orga­nized by Youth Time.

martina osuskova Mar­tina is with Youth Time since May 2014. Every­thing about Czech projects is her job. Next year she wants to study Mar­ket­ing at Prague Uni­ver­sity of Eco­nom­ics. She likes nature and history.

Project Manager

gulreez amirzada Gul­reez has an aca­d­e­mic back­ground in glob­al­iza­tion and devel­op­ment eco­nom­ics. His work expe­ri­ence includes dis­as­ter man­age­ment and as a human­i­tar­ian aid worker for the United Nations and dif­fer­ent NGOs. He also has expe­ri­ence as a busi­ness devel­op­ment and com­mu­ni­ca­tions liai­son in the cor­po­rate sec­tor. Presently, as a Project Man­ager at Youth Time Inter­na­tional, he is respon­si­ble for com­mu­ni­ca­tions and devel­op­ing rela­tions with exist­ing and new part­ners and spon­sor organizations.

Grad­u­ated from St.Petersburg State Uni­ver­sity of eco­nom­ics and finance, stud­ied at Fach­hochschule fuer Wirtschaft in Berlin, worked in the PR Depart­ment of JSC VTB Bank for 5 years, but later made her final choice in favour of music and inter­na­tional youth and social affairs. Božidar Rados (Croatia)

hassan rassmy Has­san is cur­rently an under­grad­u­ate stu­dent from South­ern Cal­i­for­nia pur­su­ing a degree in polit­i­cal sci­ence and inter­na­tional stud­ies with a minor in con­flict res­o­lu­tion at the Uni­ver­sity of Cal­i­for­nia, Irvine. He was an Amer­i­can fel­low dur­ing the 2011 Ben­jamin Franklin Transat­lantic Fel­lows Insti­tute, and was involved in Model United Nations and Mock Trial — expe­ri­ences which opened his eyes to the world. Ever since, and over the course of his stud­ies, he par­tic­i­pated with the Reach­ing Zero Con­fer­ence at Yale Uni­ver­sity, was a men­tor with the Global-​In Fel­low­ship in Berlin, and par­tic­i­pated with many other projects both in the US and abroad. Has­san has trav­eled exten­sively study­ing con­flict regions in Europe, the Cau­cuses, and the Mid­dle East. In the States, he is pas­sion­ate about access-​to-​education advo­cacy in his home state of Cal­i­for­nia, and has lob­bied in Sacra­mento mul­ti­ple times. Has­san is an adven­tur­ist, Eagle Scout, and enjoys camp­ing, hik­ing, and Thai food.

She has 10 years of expe­ri­ence in the devel­op­ment sec­tor and has worked in the United Nations Mis­sion in Nepal (UNMIN), UN Women and the Munic­i­pal Asso­ci­a­tion of Nepal (MuAN). She was awarded in the Rhodes Youth Forum 2013 for her project ‘Girl Friendly School San­i­ta­tion Improve­ment Project in Far West­ern Nepal’. Sara holds a Master’s Degree in Devel­op­ment Stud­ies from Kath­mandu Uni­ver­sity, Nepal and is a recip­i­ent of Nepal Vid­hyab­hushan Award ‘B’ con­ferred by the Pres­i­dent of Nepal. daria laposhina Daria grad­u­ated from Moscow State Uni­ver­sity as a Pub­lic Rela­tions spe­cial­ist. The desire to develop a deeper under­stand­ing of human behav­ior and to use the gained knowl­edge in PR-​work led her to pur­sue a PhD in the field of social phi­los­o­phy. Her PhD the­sis focuses on elec­tronic cul­ture and its impact on how mod­ern peo­ple think, inter­act and make deci­sions. As one of the results of this work was an idea to use Dig­i­tal Game-​Based Learn­ing (DGBL) to enhance the effec­tive­ness of edu­ca­tional process. In 2013 she became a co-​founder of ”Game ON! Plat­form” project, which is aimed at achiev­ing wider adop­tion of DGBL by Russ­ian uni­ver­si­ties. Daria is pas­sion­ate about trav­el­ing, explor­ing new places, adven­tures, nature, meet­ing new peo­ple. Involved in Youth Time activ­i­ties since 2011.

 

Fatima Joda (Sudan)

Fatima Osman Fatima is a young social and envi­ron­men­tal activist; among her causes are edu­ca­tion, pos­i­tive change, devel­op­ment, and women em-​powerment. She is an Event Coor­di­na­tor for a local cam­paign AnaLan (the Ara­bic for I Will Not), a social move­ment tak­ing a stand against Female Gen­i­tal Muti­la­tion (FGM) in Sudan. In 2015, Fatima rep­re­sented Sudanese Women Lead­ers in SUSI – US Depart­ment of State and Equal­ity and Women’s Rights Con­fer­ence in Il-​menau, Ger­many. She is an active vol­un­teer with UNV, Food Bank, Gen­er­a­tions for Peace and teaches Eng­lish to under­priv­i­leged chil­dren who dropped out of school. More­over, she is a free­lance graphic designer and painter, cur­rently prepar-​ing for her own visual art exhi­bi­tion. Her inter­ests include pol­i­tics, travel, hik­ing and skydiving.
